Just to an update to say that during the Corona outbreak we will remain fully operational and are set up to work remotely for the duration. We will get through this together and come out of it stronger than before. We hope to see you all when everything is resolved.

Natasha: "I need to focus on plating up so I don't eat all the venison myself". Mate, you are all of us. Thought she was strong in the first round - now I'm officially calling her as a front-runner and also extremely likeable. #Natasha #MasterChef

Love the La Cividina Pinch high back sofa / work booth. Great furniture for creating private spaces in offices, universities and hotels. wkworks.com/product/pinch/

So it's been a rough weekend. On Friday, the Chancellor shared a photo of our tea. Politicians do that sometimes (Jeremy Corbyn did it in 2017). We weren't asked or involved - and we said so the same day. Lots of people got angry with us all the same.

@pmdfoster @DennisNovy But to calculate the "cost of brexit" you should deduct the usual rate of inflation (around 2%) so rather than the cost being 2.9% inflation it would be closer to 0.9% or a third of what is claimed. I think!

@DennisNovy So taking into account decline in real wages, the average house hold had to spend 1.4 weeks' more wages to afford same amount of goods. Or collectively, £450m a week! /3

We often hear #brexit economic forecasts were all wrong. Nothing has happened! The doomsters were wrong! Not right, per fascinating new paper by @DennisNovy et al which shows sterling crash cost h'hold £870/year - or the nation £450m a week! 1/thread cepr.org/active/publica…
