Spring is just around the corner, so for our next session on Thursday, we’ll be painting blossoms and branches — think soft petals, twisting branches, fresh colour and the first signs of the new season. This theme is perfect for exploring light, contrast and delicate brushwork.

Come and join us at our exercise classes every Friday. low-impact exercises can improve balance, strength, and mobility to maintain independence. Great opportunity to meet new friends, have a good natter while improving your physical and mental wellbeing.
