Crane lift plans are crucial in construction. They identify potential hazards, define crane & rigging requirements, & clarify roles before the lift begins. Lift plans reduce the risk of dropped loads, crane instability, & accidents, protecting workers, equipment, & the project.

Starting 2026 with purpose. This leadership training brought W. L. French team members together to focus on what it takes to lead in the field. Developing strong leaders is crucial to our crews. This session marks an intentional step forward as we build the year ahead.
