@ozgur_saygi @PsychFoundation @bilimveutopya There is no magic answer but we believe that all inclusive efforts with therapy (there is specific talk therapies available), lifestyle changes, awareness of the illness and its affects on your body, and sometimes medication - can be the best answer to seeking recovery.
