I LOVE my classes at ILP Fitness. The sense of achievement when you manage a new move (especially one you never dreamt you'd be able to do) feels so good! 1st attempt at a shoulder mount. 2nd week giving the hand-spring a go, and another lovely spinny combo - always a favourite!

@butchermatt Amazing! I’m happy to watch films with subtitles but I know many are not, and I’ve always found it sad that a wider western audience misses out on some absolute corkers! Hopefully this might stop some of the dodgy US remakes that are always worse than the originals 🤦‍♂️🤣
