@WORXTools I have a Worx lawnmower Model WG761. The batteries are fully charged and the self propelled feature works but I can't get the blade to engage. When I turn on the lawnmower it just moves across the grass smoothly but cuts nothing. I need help

Bought a new WORX Lawnmower sent two emails to their so called CustomerService @WORXTools outlining an issue requesting assistance and no response. What exactly is the point of informing customers they have a Customer Service Dept when they do even not look & respond to Emails.

@WORXTools I just bought cut to zero and it does not work, the device it’s self is fine but the mower refuses to follow the path I drew exactly (this would fix the issue) so now I have a wide patch because the robot is scared to run into the mower friendly trim I installed
