Hey Guys! Lifting starts tomorrow. You will enter through the weight room doors. Please make it a priority to show up at every lift. 5:30-6:15. This is for anyone not in fall or winter sports. Lifting is Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please spread the word. Thanks!

Congrats to Vince Cairns on his no hitter against Brush last night. Was nearly flawless with one walk late in the game. Congrats to Vince and the other Rebels who played great defense behind him.

@WSHSBaseball 2/21 is Presidents Day so no school that day. Is there still tryouts though? Just wanted to check on that.

Baseball tryouts will be 2/21,2/22 and 2/23. 2/21 from 4-6:30. 2/22 2:30-4:30. 2/23 4-7. Cuts will be made on 2/23 after practice. Thanks!

We're canceled this evening due to a in season sport needing the court we use. Sorry for the inconvenience and hopefully our Wednesday workout will be good to go.

All practices and events are canceled today at South.

Starting this week we will be having open hitting and pitching from 5:00-7:00 on Mondays and Wednesdays. Freshman and Sophomores will go from 5-6 then juniors and seniors from 6-7. We will also be continuing our workouts after school on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Tomorrow off

Due to school being off this Friday, we wil lstart open hitting for all players next Friday the 21st. This will be from 2:45-3:45. If you're coming in on other days you're still to come in on Fridays as well. Thanks!

Starting this week we will continue our workout on Mondays, Tuesdays and Friday. Also on Fridays after school we will have open hitting. This will be in the field house. Some players will receiver messages for smaller group workouts.

Fridays workout is now moved to Thursday. This will be ongoing until we officially get started. Will update you on Friday regarding hitting and pitching workouts for next week. Thanks!
