I saw the teamster truck drivers at Giant Eagle. You and I could’ve unloaded the truck in an hour and a half. They would milk it for 8 hours. If they got the impression that you were hoping they’d hurry a little bit, they’d shut it down completely.

John, both you and I recall stories on people who worked at US Steel back in it's heyday, when workers would brag about sleep 6 hours of an 8 hour shift. Fast forward the PG employees go on strike for 3 years and the owners give them the finger. Unions are a two-edged sword.

I was told many stories by people who worked at the PG about so many union “workers” who abused the job security that comes with union membership and all but refused to work. PG might be one more example of a union putting a company out of business. Happens a lot.
