It was good to see Lauren Bevis – who grew up in High Point and played for the Winston-Salem Stealers, as well as High Point University in 2023-24. She's now on staff with Charleston Southern women's basketball.

Day 227. First Biodex test ✔️ Hamstrings looking strong and balanced. Still have some work to do with quad strength, which makes sense with a quad tendon graft but progress is happening. Progress > perfection.
