You can make as many mute points as you want, but the PR is legally apart of the US and its citizens are legally US citizens. The Supreme Court considers it a domestic destination for flight travel, meaning no passport is required. If it isn’t apart of the United States why can I fly there without a passport. Every other country in the world you need a passport. You can keep calling me a retard but the law says otherwise. And the law is literal. The law doesn’t pertain to your feelings about the PR. We also subsidize the PR so they financially are apart of us as well. Ive got degrees in finance and political science, this isn’t a conversation you’re remotely close to winning. Using FIFA as a legal contact point for winning an argument on international law is not correct and would have zero holding in any republican or democrat academia circle.
