We support the global sailing community, promoting and enhancing sailing and protecting the waters we depend on.
Women in sports continue to push new boundaries and inspire us all. But right now we're seeing that even if you're the best, women are not paid their fair share. It’s time that we give our daughters the same opportunities as our sons and ensure women are paid what they deserve.
⛔ Globally, #WomenInSport struggle with a massive pay gap, fewer opportunities & sponsorships, less airtime, and unequal playing conditions. And when they succeed, women often face toxic abuse online and offline. 📣We need the ambition and commitment to address these issues!
We need to understand women's bodies ⚠️ 82% female football players have reported discomfort in their boots, according to research by the European Clubs Association. If most male footballers were having issues with their shoes, something would have been done by now. 😡
