If the Packers keep LaFleur, I think he should hire an OC that will actually call plays (Mike McDaniel) so LaFleur can take an aerial view of the operation to manage game flow, dial in clock management, and master situational football for the betterment of the team.
It doesn’t mean that he won’t give suggestions or be a part of the game plan building or anything like that. I truly think for him to thrive in the areas of the game that have been costly in the past he should take an executive approach at Head Coach.
Doesn’t mean at critical times he can’t chime into the headset and tell the OC what he thinks he should call.
