@GlobeFarrah @boondikikadhi Yes, I make tenants pay me a deposit on top of an additional monthly fee. Toddlers are incredibly damaging to my property.
Also, if I deem a tenant to be mentally unstable, or simply the type to do something like that, I remove the copper wire myself.
