I was at National Defence Headquarters (Carling Campus) Ottawa today. I took the opportunity to visit some old friends listed on the repatriated Kandahar memorial and reminisce. They will only truly die if we stop remembering.

I’m doing laundry for the week and I realized something: If you’re looking for good socks, I highly recommended Fox Rivers. I bought 10 pairs 14 years ago. I still have all 10, and I still wear them regularly. I literally haven’t purchased socks for my uniform in over a decade.

@DrTraceyK A Russian Olive tree; they have thorns. They used to plant them as shelter belts but then they became invasive. I grew up in ND.
