@BullseyeTips That team doesn’t finish above West Ham. I’m not convinced by Mosquera + Toti together even at this level. We need more dynamism in the middle of the park too, Andre + Doyle are too similar.

@krittterrr @DaveGreen1987 @ConceptScouting Saints played a 3-4-2-1 mostly in which he mainly played as one of the 2 off the striker next to Dibling. He even played up front against us when we won 2-1 there in March 25. West Ham he’s played deeper but he’s a more attacking player anyway compared to Gomes.

Not sure given the circumstances that a fee over £35m for Joao Gomes is a bad deal for Wolves at all, Wolves hold absolutely no cards in that deal

Quality wise Gomes has done more for longer than Fernandes. Difference is West Ham run their own transfer business, Fosun let crooked Jorge run most of ours.

That price for Joao Gomes is so disappointing. Going back to old mistakes of underselling players. Midfield market has seen inflated fees and we sell our best player for £35m. Few years left on his contract too. So poor. Hoping we bring in some quality.
