We seek the support of a vendor in supporting two workstreams: (1) collaborating on the program and curriculum design and implementation plans for the “Community Coaching” program and (2) providing recommendations and support for outreach to Native and Tribal communities.

The West Virginia Community Development Hub (“The Hub”) has been selected to serve as the Green Bank for Rural America’s Technical Assistance lead organization in the area of Community Engagement.

Green Bank for Rural America will provide public and private capital that enables rural areas to gain the most benefit from the new energy economy. Through the CETA Hub, 27 selected community project teams will participate in a 15-month coaching cycle.

The Hub is seeking RFQs for professional community coach services for the Green Bank for Rural America Community Engagement Technical Assistance (CETA) program. The Hub will be leading the CETA program within the Green Bank for Rural America.
