@bluefolf I just think these laws are a blatant violation of the 14th amendment and even conservative justices like Roberts and Gorsuch have an okay history with lgbt rights, though I do believe this ruling will have disastrous short term consequences which is extremely worrying

@bluefolf I don’t want to downplay the severity of this ruling, but I do think it’s important to note this is a 4th circuit ruling decided by 3 conservative justices, and I think even with our current Supreme Court this ruling would likely to be overturned if they choose to take it up
