Sex is immutable. Sex is important. Men's wants are not worth more than women's needs.

The BBC has rejected complaints that it was inappropriate, in a Woman's Hour discussion about misogyny, to have a cross-dressing man on to talk about his experiences of it, saying he is a "renowned sociologist" who "shared her academic expertise"

As @KingsTrust decide to remove an option to box for disadvantaged teenage girls because they don’t want to box men in their 20s, here’s Princess Catherine reminding us she wouldn’t want to be tackled by 12yr old son Prince George

The Canadian justice system has ruled that the definition of a woman ("an adult human female") can be refused public display on the grounds that it threatens the safety of certain categories of person. Consider the implications of this act.

This decision to deny this ad has been upheld at the Ontario Court of Appeal: coadecisions.ontariocourts.ca/coa/coa/en/ite… The Court of Appeal held that deference was owed to the City, which it said had properly balanced CHP's right to freedom of expression against the City's policy of providing "a safe and welcoming transit system." From the decision: [59] "...The City did not arbitrarily choose to focus on transgender or LGBTQ communities at the expense of other residents of the City. Rather, the City relied on empirical and qualitative evidence about and from these communities, who they identified as being the groups most vulnerable to harms arising from the Advertisement. The City concluded based on its research and consultations that the Advertisement would likely jeopardize the City’s ability to provide a safe and welcoming transit system." Once again, 'studies' for the win: [9]"...With respect to safety, Mr. Grant noted that the City was considering how the Ad may be viewed by some as discriminatory in nature. In particular, he cited concerns with respect to incidents in which transgender persons were subject to violence and harassment, including an assault on a City bus that past year. He provided the CHP with a link to a 2021 study linking negative transgender-related media messages and adverse mental health outcomes (the “Study”). "

In the last 10 years an estimated 35,000 to over 60,000 Nigerian Christians have been murdered by Nigerian Islamists. But our "Christian" King seems to think that's what living in peace means.
Tim Dieppe@TDieppe

King Charles: "Nigeria has long shown: that people of different faiths can, do, and must live alongside one another, in peace, in harmony and in shared purpose.” Does he have no idea of the level of persecution of Christians in Nigeria? gbnews.com/royal/king-cha…

A reminder of just a few of the tens of thousands of girls who also lost their lives during the protests over the last four years. Remembered here on international women’s day 2026. #IranIsraelUSAWar

One thing I keep coming back to with bathroom bans is that removing trans women doesn’t remove risk. It only removes some perception of risk. Women can assault other women. Men can break the law regardless of signs on the door. Bad people don’t follow rules. In most areas of society, we accept that risk can’t be reduced to zero, so we punish wrongdoing instead of restricting everyone ahead of time. But in this debate, the standard sometimes becomes: if harm is possible, access should be restricted. That’s not how we handle risk anywhere else. Imagine driving privileges, guns, etc., all being handled that way?

😠I applied to visit one of the women inmates I've been in contact with, who says she's faced abuse by trans-identified male inmates. I used the application from the DOC website. Today, I got it back in the mail with a note saying 'Sorry, we don't accept these old applications any more. Please fill out the new one.' There's a 'new' application included. It's exactly identical to the old one except for ONE small difference: the boxes to check whether the inmate is male or female have been removed. Seriously.

@Telegraph @ben_rumsby Your story is incorrect on 2 major facts. 1. Harriet is male yet you refer to him as her. 2. Harriet isn't banned. I AM BANNED. Harriet can play in the open and I can't play or spectate. I'm taking Ultimate Pool to court. That should be your story
Alan Henness@zeno001

Why do you refer to Haynes as she, @ben_rumsby, @Telegraph? If he was female, there would be no story. But he is male. And males have no place in women's competitions. Banned transgender pool player granted right to appeal archive.is/Fb8Ij cc @JournalismSEEN

The male boxer Imane Khelif is to fight a woman in Paris on 23rd April in his first boxing match since the Paris Olympics in 2024. Khelif’s opponent is the female French boxer Estelle Mossely who won gold at the Rio Olympics in 2016. In the professional game it appears there are no barriers to men punching women in the name of sport. Using a woman as a punchbag when you know her opponent is male is the lowest of the low. For shame.

M&S needs single-sex changing rooms, say campaigners Maya Forstater of Sex Matters said: “How astonishing that M&S, clothier to Britain’s middle-aged women, has decided that pretending no one needs single-sex changing rooms, after providing them for more than 100 years, is better than possibly having to say no to a man pretending to be a woman.” telegraph.co.uk/news/2026/03/1…

EXCLUSIVE: New Sport England guidance ignores risks of mixed-sex changing rooms @Sport_England revealed its new swimming pool design guidance to delegates at the One Swim England Summit in Birmingham today. The current guidance dates back to 2013 and is widely used by Councils and architects to justify building mixed-sex changing rooms for swimmers. Ideally, the new guidance would scrap the edict that mixed-sex is the preferred option for new pools (note to Sport England: preferred by predators not women). In reality (and we know this because we’ve had advance sight of the draft guidelines) Sport England is doubling down on its advice to build mixed-sex changing villages as the default. Only they’re not called mixed-sex changing rooms anymore, they’re rebranded ‘all-genders’ changing rooms … Let’s look at the draft guidance in a bit more detail... 1/6

@WalkAlanWalk @WingsScotland There are now more encarcerated transwomen sex offenders than women sex offenders in the UK. Not per capita, actually more as a hard number. From a supposed population of 49,000 (ONS Census), as opposed to 30 million women, there are around 150 transwomen, to just under 100 women
