Snow trusted the wrong people.
The young boy was a crucial part of the conspiracy that led to Jon Snow's death. Used by the Night's Watch mutineers as bait, he lured Jon outside by claiming that his uncle, had returned. Knowing Jon's deep connection to Benjen and his hope of finding him alive, the conspirators exploited this emotional vulnerability to draw him into a trap.
When Jon arrived, he found the boy and several members of the Night's Watch waiting. One by one, the mutineers stabbed him while declaring, "For the Watch," accusing him of betraying their cause by allowing the wildlings south of the Wall. Although the boy did not deliver the fatal wound, his role was essential in setting the ambush in motion, making him an important participant in the betrayal that led to Jon Snow's assassination.

Seeing the High Sparrow finally lose control after acting untouchable for so long was incredibly satisfying,
After everything he put Cersei through, after that humiliating walk, after watching him act like he was above everybody else in King's Landing, seeing the tables turn felt earned.
The thing I loved most was how calm Cersei was.
She wasn't shouting, threatening anybody, or trying to argue her way out of it.
She had already made up her mind.
Meanwhile the High Sparrow kept talking like he still had control of the situation.
He didn't realize how badly he had misjudged Cersei until it was far too late
One of the few moments in the entire series where I was completely on Cersei's side.

Easy thing to say to a man in chains
Snow spent much of his time trying to unite the Free Folk (Wildlings) with the people of Westeros against the White Walkers.
After becoming Lord Commander of the , Jon realized the real enemy was the Army of the Dead, not the Free Folk. He worked with and even made peace with leaders like earlier on.
One of his biggest actions was leading the Hardhome mission, where he rescued thousands of Free Folk and brought them south of the Wall. Many brothers of the Night’s Watch hated this decision and saw it as betrayal, which contributed to Snow being assassinated by his own men.
Jon’s idea was simple: if humans kept fighting each other, the White Walkers would destroy everyone.

Jon stopping for that second when he got to Olly always gets me because you can tell that betrayal stayed with him more than the others
Out of everybody there, Olly was the one Jon actually cared about personally.
He brought that boy close after what happened to his family, trusted him around everything, and in the end Olly still looked at him like he was the enemy.
And Thorne never looked doubtful either.
Even during his last words, he still sounded like a man completely sure that betraying Jon was the right thing to do for the Watch.
The others hanging there honestly didn’t even feel as important in that moment because all the attention naturally goes to Thorne and Olly.
One looked bitter to the very end, the other looked completely heartbroken and disappointed.
Meanwhile Jon barely even reacted outwardly
Bro just stared at them like somebody whose mind was already somewhere else after everything that happened to him.
Then the second he dropped that Lord Commander cloak after it was over, you already knew he was done with the Night’s Watch forever.

Jon really believed if his intentions were good enough people would eventually understand him. That’s why his betrayal at Castle Black hurt so much because you could tell he never expected it to come from his own people. Especially Olly. Jon practically kept that boy beside him the entire time after what happened to his family. Fed him, protected him, trusted him around everything. Meanwhile Olly never stopped looking at the Wildlings as the people who destroyed his life. And Jon was so focused on trying to save everybody that he completely missed how much resentment was building around him inside the Night’s Watch. The hardest part is watching Jon realize what’s happening too late. Bro looked genuinely confused after the first stab like his brain couldn’t even process what was going on Then seeing Olly step forward after everybody else? Nah that part was foul. You could see it all over Jon’s face that Olly was probably the last person he expected to do that to him.
