🚨 Lashkar-e-Taiba linked Islamist leader Mufti Harun Izhar in a video message on June 13, 2026 called upon everyone to hoist "flags of Kalma" in every part of Bangladesh.
In April 2021, Mufti Harun Izhar was arrested over violence during the visit of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Once an active organizer of banned militant outfit Harkat-ul-jihad, Harun was arrested at least two times for his involvement in the 2013 bomb blast in Lalkhan Bazaar madrassa and conspiring with Lashkar-e-Taiba to launch an attack on the US Embassy in Dhaka in 2009.
