The second edition will be out in the middle of 2023 (Yes, it has been 10 years since the first, which was made more complex by my move to HK). It has been wonderful to collaborate with @VUmakanth. Several updates are included, together with a ch. on SPAC.

Flew from Bangalore to HK last night with layover in Mumbai. 2.5 hr-layover is not long enough to pick up boarding pass (required to do HKID & visa check at desk), clear security and immigration. Min 3.5 hrs req'd. Had to cut queue and barely made it to gate.
