Ayumi Takeo, the retired voice actress for Yun Iijima in 'NEW GAME!', has publicly asked KADOKAWA, Houbunsha and Doga Kobo to produce a third season of the Anime
Takeo revealed that even 5 years after retiring from voice acting, she still constantly receives DMs blaming her for the lack of a Season 3

@Bandygrass I just want the raw, intended true vision of the devs of their own game, a game which they always wanted, but no one can make other than themselves, not some corrupted version and diluted for consumption. I would appreciate it if there were a mode like this.
