Take a good look at this screenshot. Seriously. Look at it. One headline about Prince William and Catherine, Princess of Wales charging £32,000 per couple for a dinner with wealthy donors. Another about King Charles III hosting dinners where guests reportedly transferred £100,000 for access before invitations were confirmed. One of those articles was written by Rebecca English. Now fast-forward to today. Suddenly the Royal Rota is losing its mind because Meghan Sussex is tied to a VIP event. Now it’s “cash for access.” Now it’s scandal. Now it’s outrage. Where the hell was that outrage before? Because donor dinners didn’t magically appear the moment Meghan showed up. They’ve existed inside the royal ecosystem for decades. When palace royals do it It’s philanthropy. When Harry and Meghan do anything remotely similar Suddenly it’s a fucking scandal. And here’s the part they conveniently leave out. Reporting around this event indicates proceeds are tied to charitable causes and nonprofit work. So let me get this straight. A charity-connected event involving Meghan is supposed to be proof she’s grifting? Give me a fucking break. At this point the issue isn’t the event. The issue is the narrative. Because a lot of the Royal Rota doesn’t just dislike Meghan Sussex. They fucking hate her. She was never a threat to the institution. She was a threat to them — the system they’ve gotten comfortable operating in. And here’s the thing that makes this even funnier. All the shit they wrote before? It’s still out there. It’s searchable. It’s archived. Anyone can pull it up and see the fucking double standard. So maybe they think people won’t bother looking. Or maybe they just don’t give a shit anymore. Either way, the receipts are sitting right there in their own damn headlines. Same donor access. Same system. Same money. Different target. And people are finally starting to see the game.

More I see & hear about William a king in waiting the more I really dislike him, as far as I can see he's got no redeeming qualities. If Kate had made a coffee for him at home & didn't use Decaf & he refused it that'd be bad enough but he did this in public with Media. Hes a pig

@Cardiffbus Funny, because when we reached turning from Llanrumney Avenue into Newport Road there were 3 buses parked up, 2 50s & a 49 just past Old Cross Inn going into Llanrumney.Why were they being held there, all had drivers. I know this isn't your fault but people are consistently late

@Walescrazy Please accept our apologies, we're currently experiencing higher than usual levels of staff sickness, and so this trip has been unable to run. We try to minimise the impact on passengers of cancellations, which means on occasion the same set of trips are cancelled on 1/2

@Cardiffbus yet again no 6.52 from Llanrumney to town this morning. It's almost like you are deliberately targeting the same bus to cancel. The service at this time of day is awful.

This has to be the over reach moment when Europe stops pretending this guy is normal or can be dealt with normally, and they get their act together and fight back. He is an enemy over Ukraine and an enemy over a NATO country, Denmark, whose defence of Greenland has been weakened not by them but by the USA. He is a narcissist who cares only for himself and his fellow grifters and cultists, and his deeply fragile ego. He is a bully who will respect nobody and nothing that fails to stand up to him. I have many American friends and am deeply sorry it has got to this but while he is leader it is not a place we can support in any way. And given the chaos he is causing home and abroad it might be about time his NBF at @FIFAcom Infantino thought about shifting the World Cup to a country that wants people to feel welcome. 🇬🇧 🇩🇪 🇫🇷 🇮🇹 among the many who could step in. @Cardiffbus why was there no 50 from Llanrumney at 6.51 this morning. Only 3 buses on whole route, but 7+ showing on 45/44 route, is there no one capable of switching drivers around if one route is short of drivers and another swamped with them?

Sadly, this completely misunderstands the nature of universal benefits. Free bus travel which is now embodied in the London freedom pass is a universal benefit based purely on age so yes Michael is entitled to it because of his age.
