Being a pedestrian in the Heatons in the rain really is a horrible experience (even for those of us who don’t mind getting a bit wet!). Not only is almost every drop kerb/junction flooded, forcing peds to either jump (not possible with mobility issues), or go out in the road..

As @Owler_Nook points out, the A6 is the busiest cycle route in Stockport. It is vital for connecting the Heatons to the city centre. @StockportMBC must accept that people want to use this route and make it safe for them to do so.🚲🦽🛴👨‍👧‍👦👩‍👩‍👦‍👦
