As the people close to me will know, I'm struggling a bit with my mental health at the moment. I struggled in silence for a time because I didn't want to admit I needed help given where I am now in my life.

We had a lovely visit from the Sea Cadets over the weekend. Wanting to get involved with our Community Action days. We did a recce of two of our sites and an impromptu walk to the downs too! Looking forwards to having you join our team and get some camps set up.

So proud and humbled by the success of @community_cast in its first year. It's been alot of hardwork, learning and many hours but all worth it. A Huge THANK YOU to all who've welcomed me into their communities, worked alongside and continue to going forward 🎙🎤🎧🎥📸🤳👨‍💻🎂🎉 ❤
