$OTLK there will be no RS and no dilution before FDA approval. a) no RS needed as share price is above USD 1. b) why should you dilute at 1.50 if you could dilute in 20 day with a price above 3 or 4?

$SMCI hold into earnings only down cause markets down recently. Once markets rebound and they report massive beat and large increase in guidance we easily run back to 50-60.
