Instead of announcing that he was breaking ground, he should have announced he’s just breaking promises.
A new Science Centre costs more, delivers less and ignores what Ontarians need.

Over 30,000 people in Nepean don’t have access to a family doctor or nurse practitioner. Our hospitals are overrun. The Ottawa Hospital is firing hundreds of nurses.
