Autonomy ≠ key access. These are two separable concerns. An agent can transact autonomously WITHOUT holding the private key. WAIaaS separates them: — Agent gets a scoped session token — Daemon holds the key — Policy engine sits between Same autonomy. Structurally safer. Agent compromised? Damage bounded by policy, not unlimited.
