@WallisFashion @Wallis_Help I bought a Wallis coat at Christmas and it’s only been warn a handful of times and it’s all bobbly on the arms front on shoulder they don’t class this as a fault I don’t know how many coats I’ve had but they last longer than four months it’s it’s an evening coat as it’s white ?

@boohoo please send someone from your customer services team to teach @Wallis_Help how to do refunds quickly and efficiently as there customer Service is appalling and they seem unable to refund people after 4 weeks of saying the refund is on the way yet you do it in afew days
