So my summer plan is ALWAYS to get fitness back up. Sometimes I do. Recently I haven't. However on finishing school, I've been to the gym 3/4 days (only missed yesterday since I was at the beach with the 4 dogs), I've hiked, did weights, ran, exercise classes... Applaud me now.

Yeehaw! Witnessed a true wild west showdown on my ranch. Albert was sniffing in the long grass. Suddenly, he jumps up like a buckin' bronco and gallops straight to me, beggin' for backup.
