What is the previous weeks candle, bullish or bearish? Anticipate that direction Whats the daily candle? Bullish or bearish? Trade in that direction. Find your consistency first, then worry about capturing larger moves later. Keep it simple.

The biggest hurdle you will need to overcome in Trading is submitting to time. Patience or lack there of is one of the most common factors between winning and losing traders. Avoid over analysing by setting your entry criteria, risk and exit. Allow time to do its thing.
