TK Lunar New Year celebration 🧧🐲! Our lion costume is still going strong after 30 years! ❤️🐯So special knowing a talented Walnut Acres teacher created this amazing costume for our school!

Third grade turned our Multi-Use Room into a living wax museum! Students researched a famous person, read their biography, created a poster, and wrote a speech. When families and classmates stopped by and “pushed” their button, they came to life as their character!

So much magic happening in TK this morning ✨ From learning about presidents 🇺🇸 to dancing with our letter sounds 🔤 to being read to by former teacher Mrs. E 📚💛, mornings like this are the best! #TKMagic #LittleLearners

Full circle moment! A senior from Northgate High School completed his senior project volunteer hours by creating superhero capes for our TK students and the TK teacher he volunteered for was his very own Kindergarten teacher. From tiny learner to community leader. @MtDiabloUSD
