This month, we honored some amazing staff members for our May 2025 Walnut Wednesday Awards!!⁣ ⁣Staff members are nominated monthly by their colleagues for living out The Walnut Way! ⁣ Congrats to these incredible humans for making Walnut High School a special place!

Congratulations to Cayuse yearbook for earning a Pacemaker finalist award and to The Hoofprint for placing 7th in the Best of Show award at the JEA/NSPA Spring National High School Journalism Convention. We also had 11 individuals place in writing, design and photography.

Last Night the Palomares League honored the best and finest seniors in the league. Each student athlete must excel in such areas as academic scholarship, school, community service, leadership and a variety of extracurricular activities.

After 11 incredible seasons coaching basketball at Walnut High School, Coach Khouzam, often better known as Coach Khouz, is stepping down and pursuing new coaching opportunities. Thank you, Coach Khouzam! You will always be part of the Mustang family!
