You guard different players differently. That’s basketball 101. A kid that is a know shooter, you jam them up early… a kid that can create off the drive, you give them space. Also, Paige might be the best 1 on 1 player in the league, from a skillset standpoint. Different breed!!

Today my beautiful wife Lauren and I celebrate our anniversary. God started us in Pittsburgh, took us to Kansas City, Minneapolis, Tampa, Indy, and even to Eugene Oregon. Our journey started with two people and has grown to 14 but through it all Christ has been at the center. We thank Him for the blessing of marriage and a family and we thank Him for watching over us the entire time. 🙏🏽

We got a 2-3 year window, why not try to maximize it? We all saw how teams play us when Rudy is on the court. We saw how stagnant our offense gets, when Ant is the focal point every possession. Maximize the 2-3 yr window.

This is stupid. Maybe I’m nuts. People seem to really want this to happen. He is 37. Once his time here is done, and it’s a year or two, it’s done. No more cascading value to the next thing. Are we any closer to a title? Let it go.

@JohnCarrier42 Thank you for your answer. The money aspect will catch up to use too. I hope the guys we drafted the past 1-3 years start to be in the regular rotation. Take advantage of the 3-4 year rookie contracts. I’m excited whatever it is. I need a finals in my lifetime!

@Waloa89 And looking at recent NBA success its not about "big 3s" anymore. More about quality of entire roster. Cant strip all the depth for KD, who again isn't getting them to a finals.
No good answers to a tough situation though.
