The Ratio knob on the Highpoint works a little differently 🎛️ Instead of fixed ratios, you’re simply deciding how hard the comp works. Turn up for more squash & sustain (up to -20dB reduction), or keep it low for a lighter, more natural feel. At minimum? No compression at all 💪

What’s the difference between Output & Makeup on the Highpoint Analog Compressor? 🎛️ Makeup boosts only the compressed signal before the Blend control. Output controls the pedal’s overall volume. This lets you perfectly balance dry and compressed signals when blending.
