Happy Exoneration Day for all who celebrate!! ⚖️🏆 On this day in 2017, UNC was declared innocent by the NCAA, after a years-long witch hunt. One of the most rewarding projects I ever worked on. An extraordinary outcome.

This week, the NCAA IARP determined Bill Self & Kansas basketball cheated. They were found guilty. Today, UNC celebrates the 6th anniversary of being the only school in history to have been judged innocent by the NCAA after a hearing of its Committee on Infractions or IARP. 🏆

Let’s be clear about the NCAA’s claim of “new information” in Tez’s case. There wasn’t any. Other than Tez’s attorneys ripping the NCAA a new ass about misapplied rules and violations of Tez’s rights. If you tried to pull what the NCAA did, you’d try to blame someone else too.

This is what lying bureaucrats do. Everyone agreed on the directive to “refine” the “guidelines” for transfers. Truth: NOBODY agreed @NCAA staff & committees should ignore mental health concerns & COVID’s impact on a student’s opportunity to play at more than 1 school…NOBODY.

In 5 years, Tez Walker had NCCU cancel a season and Kent St coaches abandon him. After enrolling at @UNC, the @ncaa retroactively changed the transfer rule before rejecting the credibility of his diagnosed mental health issues. @CharlieBakerMA is just another lying politician.
