@RogersHelps Thanks. If you reread my messages, you’ll see that I attempted to escalate it, but the CSR refused to do so. That’s actually the biggest part of my frustration.

@RogersHelps This is a new one… After 2.5 hours on hold and multiple transfers between CSRs for a simple
issue, the final CSR refused to escalate to a manager and refused to provide me a case number or his CSR number. I’m at a dead end. Awful customer “service”

@RogersHelps We are trying to transfer an existing account from one name to another. We spent almost an hour yesterday with a CSR going through the entire transfer process, both with the current and new account holder. We were disconnected just before finishing the process.

@RogersHelps I was calling back today to confirm if the transfer was finalized, or if not, to finish the process. 90 minutes in total between hold and three transfers between CSR’s. No one seemed to know what to do, and as I said, the final CSR refused to escalate to a manager.
