Dear mixers and mixologists, mixing many drugs increases interaction risk.
The more medicines involved, the more metabolic pathways overlap and as such, let your HCP know ALL THE DRUGS you are taking, no matter how small they may seem

HOW TO LEGALLY EVICT A TENANT FROM YOUR PROPERTY
As a landlord, avoid using “self-help” to remove a tenant. Actions like changing locks, removing the roof, disconnecting utilities, or throwing out a tenant’s belongings without a court order are illegal. They can land you in serious trouble or even lead to a lawsuit.
The law provides a clear and peaceful process to recover your property. Here’s how to go about it:
🥢 Step 1: Serve a Valid Notice to Quit
Start by issuing a proper Notice to Quit. The duration depends on the tenancy type or your agreement:
Yearly tenancy: 6 months’ notice
6-month tenancy: 3 months’ notice
The notice must be properly served personally, via registered post, or through a court bailiff if the tenant refuses to accept it.
🥢 Step 2: Serve a 7-Day Notice
If the tenant doesn’t leave after the Notice to Quit expires, the next step is to issue a 7-day notice. This informs the tenant that you intend to go to court to recover possession.
🥢 Step 3: File for Recovery of Premises
If the tenant still refuses to vacate after both notices, you can proceed to court to recover your property.
You will need:
Copies of both notices
The tenancy agreement (if available)
Proof that the notices were properly served
🥢 Step 4: Claim Mesne Profits (If Applicable)
This is the money owed by the tenant for continuing to stay in the property after the tenancy has ended. It’s usually calculated at the same rate as the previous rent until the tenant moves out.
🥢 Step 5: Enforce the Court Judgment
Once the court gives judgment, enforcement is handled by a court bailiff. Do not attempt to enforce it yourself.
⚠️ Important Tips
🥢 Always use written notices verbal notices are not valid in court.
🥢 Keep proper records of all notices (date, time, method of service, and witnesses if possible).
🥢 Consider involving a lawyer to avoid mistakes that could delay the process or force you to start over.

This animal is called the Aye-aye
It's one of the most unusual primates on Earth.
Native to Madagascar, and a type of lemur, not a rodent
Has a long, bony middle finger used to tap on wood and pull out insects (a hunting method called percussive foraging)
Large eyes for nocturnal life (active at night)
Continuously growing teeth, similar to rodents
Feeds on insects, larvae, fruits, and nuts
Plays an important role in the ecosystem by controlling insect populations
Despite its strange appearance, the aye-aye is harmless to humans. In some local beliefs, it’s seen as a bad omen, which has sadly led to it being killed.
A rare, fascinating creature that shows just how diverse nature can be.
Would you be scared if you saw this at night? 😂😂

I Decided to follow the back of my street instead of the usual place we normally follow
I Decided to trek a little, just a kind of exercise
And then I saw this bag at the back of my fence 🤔🥺,.... What should I do Now??
I'm still standing there as we speak

@Joyoky1 Yes. It takes a lot of patience and perseverance at this stage..

That “in-between phase” is real; where effort feels invisible and results haven’t shown up yet.

There is a phase where you are doing everything right, but nothing seems to be working yet. That phase is the test; do not quit.
