@SamsungUK Correct. I was speaking with ‘Mariel’ from Samsung Shop Support Team 0330 SAMSHOP (726 7467). Reference Number is 1953543. As you can see from the screenshot, I have spent over an hour trying to resolve this on the phone today. It really shouldn’t be this hard!
