🌍Observation-based studies are underrepresented compared to model-based studies, highlighting the need for better utilisation of remote sensing and in-situ data to understand vegetation dynamics comprehensively.

⚖️Disentangling vegetation physiology from structure is complex but necessary for reconstructing or predicting functional dynamics. Multiple vegetation dimensions is essential to understand ecosystem health and stability in the face of increasing climate extremes.
