Just trying to understand the culture and find my place.

Earning Access isn’t just about grinding XP endlessly.
It’s about organic contributions.
The people who stand out are the ones who genuinely add value — through conversations, ideas, memes, helping others, and consistently showing up for the community.
Some days looked small from the outside.
But over time, every interaction stacked quietly.
Not noise.
Not farming.
Just a real presence.
