@Ward26Chicago There has been a DEAD DOG carcass in Humboldt Park for almost 2 weeks now. Multiple people have called 311, and we actually pointed it out to @ChicagoParks workers. But have been told that it is @StreetsandSan who picks up. Still there. Feel free to contact me for location.

🔥 The City of Chicago has mandated an excessive heat warning for this week! ❄ Cooling centers in the ward can be found at 4312 W North Ave (Trina Davila Center) and at 1605 N Troy St (Humboldt Park Library from 9am-5pm.

While I support their right to protest this action could interfere with the ongoing efforts my office & local organizations have made to house and support our unhoused residents in Humboldt Park. Learn more about our Humboldt Park Encampment Housing Initiative in my last IG post.
