On Friday, the Okla. Court of Appeals reversed a judge’s decision to overturn Tommy’s conviction. That means, for now, Tommy will remain wrongfully imprisoned. We’re determined to fight until Tommy is released.  1/2

Great news out of federal court. Karl Fontenot’s conviction has been vacated. He’s been out of custody but this is a huge win for Karl and we hope it has implications on Tommy’s case
