@mediaing Your wonderful spiral hub on Thingiverse, I'm sorry to say that with newer versions of SCAD, while OK on preview, errors out when rendering. It says the polygon isn't closed. I've been using it for a long time but recently updated my SCAD.

@MrBeamJockey I'm in intrigued by word changes also - old books saying "lighted the candle", we'd say "lit the candle". Many such shortenings. One major change in word choice is from "singular" in older books, to "unique" in newer.

Noticed while investigating variant spellings--"sea chanty" vs "sea shanty"--that these terms are infrequent in published literature until the Age of Sail has ended. Seems odd.

@SciFri I'd love to see the web enable remote "club" meeting attendance, etc. Someone moves 500 mi away, can still "attend" via the web.

@SciFri I'd love for shut-ins to be able to shop via web cam on lanyard/necklace. Costs would be a problem - Perhaps volunteers for testing.

May 18 Chicago mini-maker-fair quite a hit! 2Dkits.com's booth where I was a tech, had > 200 "blinkies" built! Many correctly!
