Furthermore, an example of what a customer's registration card looks like would immediately clue them in on what document to send. Most of the time we are met with the registration sticker, which is not accepted by the DMV for transfer registrations (In NYS).

@elonmusk The Tesla delivery process is streamlined but not always convenient for the customer. We could use pictorial examples of insurance ID cards to help guide customers in their insurance tasks. Changing "Delivery Day" to "Pickup Day" or an alternative would improve PDCing.
