Woke up with a fever overnight. This years flu is a real ball buster. Sorry to say I’m Gonna have to postpone stream return.

Have this at 250 simmering for the last few hours. Stirring when smoke sets into the surface area and folding in all that flavor.

Shredded the meat into the chili and put back in the smoker at 250. Gonna simmer til dinner time and taste here and there to make adjustments

So for my GCX block I’m renting these and setting up an obstacle course that myself and local creators race through.
During the stream there will be incentives based on donation goals.
Stuff like; bubbles, adding soap, kids throwing water balloons, shooting water guns etc.

Watched some old Mario maker videos with Sam last night. Cracked up at younger me. Cringed a bit.
It’s weird. My humor is the same, but the delivery and demeanor is different. I don’t know if the way I deliver now is better or worse. Aging as a streamer is weird.
