@WarmAudio Just bought the WA-C1 and it only works with a 9V battery. When my voodoo lab power supply pushing 9V 100mA is plugged in the preamp engages but the chorus/vibrato doesn’t engage. I kind of get a tremolo signal strength modulation)instead with the vibrato engaged. Any ideas?

@WarmAudio Cable eyelet on mic boom arm WA-MBA is broken. Their support page doesn't have the boom arm listed so I can't get help. Page also wants serial number but boom doesn't have one. Can you guys at Warm Audio reach out or DM so I can back in action?

The attack and release settings on my WA76 are not translating to the meter. I’m getting reduction but it’s the same amount no matter what setting the attack and release are on.. It’s getting me tight🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️ @WarmAudio

@reist40983 If your unit is showing no signs of life when turned on, then it's possible that the power switch connectors have loosened in transit. If you are comfortable opening the unit (powered off), then you can make sure that the cables circled in red are properly connected. -Michael 🦭
