Hi sir, I’m sorry that you’ve been banned. This have been an automated ban. I believe you that you haven’t been cheating. As well I can tell all of these bans are only timebans for 2 days. All those bans expire automatically. We don’t remove them manually because we need to save time. Register at universesigna.com and go for level 3 to get one unban and to level 4 for more. This is a know your customer system which will increase the trust factor. This is work in progress and we will change the way how this system will work from time to time. Feedback is welcome. Feel free to use it for unbanning now. As well this is connected to our discord and it will provide you with talk power. It’s perfect for reporting stuff or discussing in a respectful way. So, universesigna.com is how you can unban yourself. And now I will tell you why stuff like this is required. Mindblowing: [WAC] is acting that quickly with banning suspects because there were persons attacking our server. A PAID SABOTAGE! The professional cheaters were working with multiple PRIME accounts and they were attacking our [LEGEND]s and [PRO]s. They offered cheaters USD 0.25 to cheat down LEGENDs while explicitly not killing other F2P users. The result is that we were forced to ban more users. You could avoid playing with LEGENDs but this only helps a little. PRIME is increasing your trust. And VIP is giving you immunity from WAC and removing active bans. So this know-your-customer system universesigna.com will help the users who can’t choose to pay for VIP. But as well more will be coming. @onscreenlol Oh, just saw this. Sorry, but [WAC] is required. Cheaters are getting paid by morons attacking our servers! We are forced to this handling. Steam is flooded with bots and cheater. Our CEO @universesigna is working on a KYC system. Unbanning yourself is possible there.
