I’m so fucked and I don’t know what to do. When the Hawk Tuah girl announced that she’d release a coin, I genuinely thought it would be my shot at making millions. I convinced my parents to take out a 2nd mortgage on the house, liquidated all my assets, took out a 6 figure loan from the bank and then put everything on $tuah the second it released. For the first 20 minutes I was in a state of literal euphoria. I was worth tens of millions of dollars and could see the generational wealth being accumulated in front of my eyes; - My parents would have finally, after years, been able to quit their 2nd jobs that they started working in order to allow me to stream from home full-time. - Me and my girlfriend would be able to go on real date nights after over a year of scrounging pennies. - I’d be able to tell my grandmother that she doesn’t have to give me her insulin money so I could buy WoW memberships and RP. And then it all came crashing down. In the span of minutes, I lost everything, tens of millions reduced to tens of thousands. I’m still in a state of shock. I really don’t want to force my 63 year old father to start working a 3rd job, but I see no other option at this point. Fuck you, Hailey Welch. You ruined my life, I hope you rot in prison.

I feel kinda bad for people who never played the old smash games casually, esp Melee. Slowly unlocking characters, classic and adventure mode, event modes, coins/trophies, suddenly unlocking allstar mode. I def spent more time on 1player Melee than actual single player games lol

NGL, one of my biggest concerns with the switch to Ness was that, because of his recovery, I'd enjoy Yoshi's Story less. Which would have been devastating, as it is my favourite stage. After 9 months on him, I'm happy to say... yep, still the best level lol

@xMetonym Amazing stuff!! As the dev for faster melee that had us switch the fmclient from mainline to ishii after discovering through tino (creator of ishiiruka), about the video rate multiplier feature in ishii that greatly reduced input lag. It's been ishii since 7/22/2016!!! Good shit!

For example, 8 frame jump squat makes it so his non-platform OoS game is basically just up-b OoS. Which is a decent option but it’s vulnerable at certain spacing

You can become a top 100 player with any character in Melee even in 2023. Do you think this is a hot take?

@radarssbm @Smashdaddy_SSBM Although upboos is his best oos option, People underestimate how good his upb is overall (both grounded and in the air. He has sd fair on plats too. There are some really new useful Bowser tech that has not been seen because nobody relevant enough has brought it to light yet.

@radarssbm @Smashdaddy_SSBM I'll be 100% real. Bowser is undoubtedly the hardest to do this with because of his atrocious m/u spread. Based off of my exp with current t100, it is not impossible. An experienced high level player with enough dedication can do it imo tho just barely.

Solo Bowser continuing the climb. The matchups and cps make it really tough to continue winning with Bowser but getting to master is totally possible with him. #oldrustyman #ssbm #bowser
