@WarwickFarmPS finished our SDD with a staff convoy driving past student homes. Staff decorated their cars with messages. Ss on driveways, some families with their own posters and messages. I found it hard to drive because I cried so much. My heart is still full of pride.

A number of new Ss join our school each term. We have found a great way to ensure they are known by all staff as of day 1 is to have their face, name and class on display in the staffroom. They also have a 'buddy' teacher - not their CT - so they become familiar with other staff.
